Well, dint quite read Suzuka because I hated the beginning and lots more reasons but in Nadeshiko Club, the story starts with the main girl being dumped but

it goes on with her making friends with a buncha boys who bully the lofty ex later and she gets some chemistry with one of the guys in that club , also, suki suki darin's first story starts the same way. Are you looking for a story where the girl gets together again with the guy who dumps her?
