I remember the manga have a Earth that do trading with another parallel dimension that came to their world to do trading like give Earth food resources or technology because their own world is dying or being destroy for some reason so they can stay on Earth. The beings from the other dimension have superpowers and maybe they are not exactly fully human and a war is going to happen where Earth leaders gave control of their world to them and the beings will kill humans who is against their control or kill them to take over Earth. Most humans are killed off. I think there is a female protagonist who have to make a decision to chose the rebellion human side or the male lead who she comes to like. The female lead and male lead met without the female lead knowing who the male lead’s identity really was before she found out later. Not sure if the female lead had a job related to any government official or a cop or not. I believe the male lead have lot of power in the human government and he can use mind control or something and he partly used on her. They have a human and non-human war I believe. There was a time skip where they have a daughter where her mom tell her not to kill a guy from the rebellion who liked her mom before or a friend of hers. I think the non-human won the war.
