I usually go with myfigurecollection.net for anything related to figures, their search function is pretty good for the most part.
Many of the not so popular figures only have some very basic tags though, so cases like this one are difficult if you don't know the series or character name.

If someone could identify the series and/or characters it should be easy though.

Hi. That's Uri-tan which is an original character from Good Smile Company. Both figurines are the same character, just different versions.

Pink/White
Teal/Orange

I googled her and it says that she's a limited figurine that you receive after spending more than 8000yen at Gee!store.

I think you might be able to find it somewhere!
