Alright...

So here is what I am looking for:

The uke, whether it be for reasons of him being nerdy, gay, or just strange... I don't really have a preference as to why he's bullied... just that the seme eventually notices the uke getting bullied and either....

1: comes to the rescue
or
2: joins in the bullying

It HAS to be that the seme isn't the only one who bullies the uke, or that he does it just because he doesn't know he's in love with the uke. That's too cliche for me.

Anyways, this is my request. Please and thank you, love to those who help <3

This time I have no confidence in my recommendations.....partly because most of these series have acts of .....mild bullying....which I thought you might not like since you're stressing a lot on the "bullying" part.
Smells Like Green Spirit actually has the seme bullying but unfortunately the series is not completely scanlated
Yajirushi - in fact almost all of Harada sensei's works have a lot of bullying element which usually incline to the SM side of the road....
Konbini-kun. is relatively better in this aspect

Here are some others...
Final Impression
Akiyama-kun
Loveholic - Renai Chuudoku
Bokura wa Sore o Hitei Dekinai
Ijimekko no Okada-kun
Kanashii (Itoshii) Kotoba
If you find the "bullying" part subtle....or seemingly bullied-in-the-past-typish.....you have my apologies.
(I seem to be bad when it comes to recommendations.)

Thank you very much for the reply.
Unfortunately, for your suggestions, I have read most of them. Harada Sensei's works tended to be enjoyable to read although none of them were where the seme joins in on the bullying of a third party. I had fun with the reading of the manga that I haven't read.

Again, thank you very much 😀
