How much are they paying you for that add?
Because you're doing a great job with it, they should give you a raise probably. Now I really want to try that game.
And TFT is "The Frozen Throne" It's the expansian for Warcraft III "Reign of Chaos".

I play games (i have for the better part of the past 15 years). I am most decidedly a console gamer. I have a DS, PS2, Dreamcast, Gamecube, Neo-Geo Pocket color, PSP and a playstation. In the past i owned a Genesis, SNES, N64, all the gameboy itterationsOf the three next gen systems...hmm, having spent time with all of them i would have to say the wii simply because i love playing it and it is the cheapest of the three but i would be happy with the 360 or the PS3.

I used to be a much more hardcore gamer before i went to college. Now, i am happy with the occasional ps2 play or playing the gamecube. However, my system of choice is the DS. I am so glad i have one. Nintendo has never done me wrong and this is no exception. I have no attention span these days so i have to stick to one game at a time, if i plan on beating it. Currently i am trying to work my way through the Zeldas. I am on wind waker, with OoT and Twilight Princess later. At college though, i play the shit out of my friends' 360 with his roommates, mostly. Gears of War alone makes me want to own a 360 but a little nba 2k7 action is always welcome. Hopefully, someone comes back to school with the ps3 so i can mooch off of him.

  1. Of course I play video games! Most healthy children do~
  2. I play both PC and console games
  3. Hmm...GameBoy SP, GameCube, PS1...Do emulators count?
  4. Wii if I could finally find one IN STOCK (sucks that I can't drive yet...)

And Manick, I'm actually surprised you don't play console games...But at least you're coding. GET WORKING~

  1. I play video games for almost 10 years
  2. PC. This is the truth, but it costs A LOT for upgrading. Don't know about the console gamers. 🙁
  3. I play mostly NWN series ( many addition modules ), Counter Strike 1.6, some FIFA
  4. I want new CPU and RAM

Generaly I can play a lot, if the game worths. But I have to lower my gaming time and concentrate in studies 🙂 University exams 😕

I am not sure what TFT is, but a really good recent RTS game is dawn of war with its two Add ons. It is in the wahrammer 40k universe if you know it, and it really is something. ... ok, so much for my dawn of war add.

Played it, didn't like it. Including multiplayer. Imo it lacks the freshness of unique troops (siege tanks, lurkers, etc) and air troops. I know all about the jazz that SC/BW is derived from Warhammer, but I still think that the former is superior. Many of the troops in WH feel too similar between the races.

Of course SC/BW has its flaws (it is over 10 years old after all) but there's a reason those crazy Koreans still play it competitively. I'm pretty sure that a fairly large amount of people would give up a kidney for simply an updated version of the game, with current graphics and B.Net features (automatic/team matchups, generated tourneys, reccord keeping, etc.), let alone a sequel.

Well I will certainly give a kidney for a sequel to Starcraft... But certainly not mine. 😀

1 not really a gamer
2 my slow-witted and dense PC
3 no money (why do you think i DOWNLOAD manga)
4 wish to get my hand on the PS3....saw how the NFS carbon's graphic on the computer already....looks more like a disgrace to the Most Wanted prequel...or maybe it's cuz of my shameful graphic card....

Or maybe StarCraft Ghost? No clue what happened with that one...As for updating SC/BW instead of a new one, I believe you have the correct idea~

Starcraft Ghost was halted (that's what they say, but according to Blizzards history that means that they aren't going to continue it anymore...)
But Starcraft ghost was going to be an FPS, seriously even though it's was going to be interesting (plot wise), FPSs are still not my thing... (and probably not the thing of most of SC hardcore fans).

I just beat Twilight Princess last night and I'm feeling a bit melancholy. I was in the middle of FFXII before I popped in TP, and now I don't know if I want to go back to it.

maybe they are not bringing out a new SC to not splt the fanbase. Look what happend when the introduced Counter strike source. Now CS fans are split between cs1.6 and cs source. As long as the original Star Craft is going so well as and international standard, it might not be a good idea to bring out a new one.
