Well, I can't tell you much about your first request, but somebody needs to answer this question! So if you're into cat-play, you might like Suteki na Kigawa ga Nakuttemo... The uke is pretty ordinary -- clueless and spineless -- but if you can get past that, there are some really nice moments. ^_^ And I don't know if a bunny-suit counts, but Kigurumi Planet is totally adorable. My absolute favorite willing D/s is chapter 6 of Brother. (That's the first chapter in volume 2). Great character dynamic, awesomely hot, down to earth, and the ending is sweet -- with a zing of OMG! If you're looking for something that's not just D/s, but with a little bit of actual pain -- then you might really like chapter 5 of Shiranai kao. Hidaka Shouko builds up the psychology of both the dentist and the patient in a way that makes it totally hot -- the fact that it's willing only makes it hotter. And have you read the first chapter of Kizuna? It has a scorching dynamic that's somehow still willing. The series moved away from that, but the oneshot is great all by itself.

If you're looking for collars and piercings and creative medical hijinks, but in a loving consensual relationship, you might like Hakui no shihaisha -- chapters 1, 2 and 8 are actually very good. The same mangaka also did a D/s oneshot about a psychologist -- chapter 4 of Motto Midara ni Shitsukemashou, which is cute and worth reading. -.^
