Does anybody know this Japanese manga where the girl is in love with her brother but he is actually not her real brother. Everyone thought she just have a brother complex. He always wear a red scarf and she had really long hair. It’s an old style shoujo manga like 90s or 2000s style. It’s NOT hentai and was shoujo. Been trying to find it but can’t seem to remember the title.

I remember the girl had really long hair and after she comes to him that she loves him he goes to a college away from home. I think she was an art student or something.
