When I entered the puberty I've done it without realizing it^^
But after I understood the situation, I've stopped. My parents never took the time to explain things to me. When you grow up and have children DON'T FORGET TO EXPLAIN TO THEM.

Teaching your children from personal experience is rather more convincing than some "educational book." That book can either harm them or bring them into deeper curiosity.

I can't see the point having to explain it to them however, I'd rather let them figure it out themselves. It's their bodies and not mine and I wouldn't want to force myself on my own kids. But if they come to me with questions I'll honestly answer them and if they'd like I'll explain it.
