Is it concluded that Momo-chan has had an affair and then her relationship with Saitou has been swept under the rug in a short space of time? or could they have been a good reason why she was getting changed in someone's apartment.

I can't believe Saito forgave her. Why did she betray him i the first place? And then try and apologise by trying to betray the other guy? Her character seemed to have changed irrationally. she was pretty good before she started an official relationship with Saitou, then her characterisation went downhill.

she betrayed him because the other guy probably sweet talked her while she was having doubts that saito was the underwear thief, most likely bringing up the subject of financial security that is a weak point for saito.... despite my finding their relationship really sweet i can understand why she may have a lot of doubts, and it appears that those were exploited. then when she completely broke it off with saito she got depressed without him, hence the swimming lessons, and when the husband to be confronted that issue and she got forced away it ended up back firing and made her realize how much she wanted saito around..... that's my impression and from my view her char didnt change much, she just got confused during a weak moment.
