Second of all, defaulting it would make the place feel a bit...communist o.O
What you perceive as being "bad" others would perceive as being "good" or "normal".
The Internet is for the public - by default, it should cater for everyone.
If you dislike certain content, make the change yourself. Create your own filters.
Don't force it on others o.o
