I'm looking for the title of a manga in which a man moves into a youkai mansion. But it is NOT "Youkai Apartment no Yuuga na Nichijou"

After a breakup or losing his job, a guy moves into a mansion that turns out to be a mansion for youkai. The landlady is a young woman and the manga hints that she is a witch or mad scientist. Outside the house there is a forest where you can get lost. The inhabitants are for example a vampire and her "daughter". I think at somepoint some people come to visit the man. And there is a background story of the landlady's parents...

The manga was never fully translated as far as I know...
