So I was read thins yaoi called Kowarekake no Omocha and the main story is about this guy who is a "toy" to his owner. I've read it before but I thought there was more to read. Like I thought at one point the seme pushed him past his limit and he got sick and the seme felt back but I can't seem to find this part. I know that the author that wrote the book that I'm thinking of also drew Kowarekake no Omocha. Thanks for the help!

Perhaps this is the one you're talking about? It has a kidnapping of a child who jumps into the water(or falls) and gets a concussion and the kidnapper feels responsible with a flashback of the kid helping him? I'm not sure if this is the one, but it has the same art and mangaka?
