ok so im pretty sure a lot of people have noticed but it got licensed and like ummm....WTF?!?!? WHY?!??!?it was on a major cliffhanger ending and like im pretty sure im not the only person sad and disappointed...i waited a long time and tried to be patient thinking the license thing would disappear pretty soon but boy was i wrong!!! and like i see on koishi tagari no blues baka update page that its upload thing is already up to chapter 19 and i reallllllly want to read it all but can never find a website with the manga uploaded that far.....usually mangafox is good with koishi tagari no blues updates but it only got 13 chapters and then i checked mangatoshokan and it had 14 and i was thankful and i was hoping it would have had the updates up but then i check and ALL the chapters have disappeared and have gotten erased so that was a major disappointment too....so back on topic does anyone know WHY it got licensed....HOW to get it unlicensed....and WHERE i could read any new translated chapters?? please oh please help!!!

Why? Because people like it and the company chose to.
How to get it unlicensed? .../facepalm. Buy up Viz and tell them to not license it.
Where? Go buy it. Problem solved.
