Okay, a semi-long post from me - I pretty much remember a good portion of the story, so those familiar with this title should have no problem finding out what it's called. I REALLY want to know what this manga is from, so please, please help me! I've looked through all my stuff (hard drive/books, which is a lot), and even combed the many manga-lists (here) I keep just for this purpose, but nothing is showing up. ARGH. -_-;

The manga I remember had a distinctively pretty art style, at least, it looked “prettier” then the average manga (I want to say it reminds me of KISARAGI Hirotaka pretty, but I could be way off base, its been a long time since I read it). I believe it's been completely scanlated (one volume). I DO NOT think that this manga is a collection of one-shots or other short stories - however, it IS possible that the first or second chapters of this book are unrelated to the stories/couple below. I'm pretty sure this couple had about three chapters/stories to themselves, but it might just have been only two (including the alternate reality extra).

Anyways, the Uke and Seme are sharing an apartment; they each have their own room. While I want to say that the two start out as "friends", they might also be "sex friends" - I'm thinking they aren't at the "lovers/boyfriend" stage yet. Oh, but the Seme is some sort of actor/model who is always busy. He is followed around by his manager who “acts gay or flamboyant” but in reality has a wife and kids. The Uke is the more "serious" one, while the Seme is not-so-serious, slightly possessive and oh, get's hit/kicked sometimes for "feeling up" his Uke (because the Seme wants to have sex).

The first story or two delt with the pair "working out their feelings for one another before the smex". Um, I think I remember something about sex for rent? But at this point, I'm not certain what story that last "rent" part belongs to - since it's a pretty common theme in yaoi-apartment manga's. I think this is also the story when they say "I like/love you" as well. Maybe...

The middle story I remember semi-decently. It starts out when the Uke meets up with his old High School friend at the local gym - the Uke is a member there, and I remember him saying something about a spa/sauna. The friend likes the Uke, but their conversation is quickly intruptret by the Seme (who is also promptly interpreted by his slightly-excentric manager, who drags him the Seme off to “work” - tight schedule, and the Seme was trying to play "hooky").

The Seme (back at home) worries about how the Uke’s personality had changed (to a friendly one, as opposed to the normal "slightly more stotic" one) when he was talking to the friend. The Seme wants to know about who the Uke was before they met (and also if the Uke "play around" at all). The Uke says it’s no big deal, but the Seme doesn’t feel reassured.

I think its the next day or so, but the Seme came home late from "work" and decided to check in on the Uke in his bedroom. But, the Uke was also having some sort of nightmare (related to HS), so when the Seme touched the Uke's leg, the Uke pretty much jumped a mile in the air and surprised both of them (because of his jumpy reaction). My memory gets fuzzy here, but I'm sure the Uke ended up telling his problems to his Seme (with some prodding), talking about his (uke) past and what he used to be like and started getting really close. I don't remember what happaned next, but either the Seme got kicked out of the Uke's room (again) or they had smex (after which I'm sure he got kicked out for doing something stupid... again).

The next day, the Uke and Seme were walking in a park area when they met up with the Uke's friend again. While the friend offered the Uke to go out someone for drinks/coffee, the Seme turned him down saying they already had... plans (dinner, I think). Can't remember if the friend gave up or not, but I think he did.

The last story in the book is related to the previous couple and the manga-ka mentioned something about it being related to a... doujinshi or some other work they had released. It's like an Alternate Reality, where the world is covered in snow (global warming?). It starts with our couple, the manager and the Uke's friend - but they have different jobs/lives. They are all scientists, living in a mobile tank/RV/home made for traveling in icy/snow conditions. They are looking for signs of life, in hope that the world can recover from the crisis on its own. The Seme left to go scouting or something (maybe with a dog sled?) but when he was coming back, he heard an explosion (it was the mobile home/tank). The manager/friend died (it wasn't very clear, just one picture without a description) but the Uke was still alive. The Seme is relieved, I -think- they go walking on foot and end up finding... either a hot spring, a flower or a butterfly. Possibly all three, I don't know. They found life, and the story has a (somewhat) happy ending! This was a one-shot/extra, so it was pretty short.
