hi i am looking for this manga can anyone help, i just remember a few think

seme and uke are in the same class.
uke dad and seme dad are rivals because seme dad left the uke dad busness
uke is being cared at school by a servant who ask him to cool down his bulling toward seme because seme familly will take over his dad compagnie.
seme start planning revenge by paying uke school fee.
i know it vague but help...... 🙁
