I very much agree with you. Naruto's kinda been one of those childhood things that I could always look forward to. I'd hate to see it finish, so soon at least.

Though reasonably, there's probably a LOT that needs to happen first and so it probably won't end anytime soon. But I can see that we're not looking at another 200 chapters. Probably. But you never know, lol.

i just cant see madara dying that easily though. even if naruto and the others could beat the army that doesnt mean the end of madara. he's survived this long, he's not just going to lay down and die >__>

I see it going for a little while longer, but it is definitely near the end; probably 100- or so from the end. The way I see it, Kishimoto-sensei will finish up the ninja war with a bang, having Naruto kill Madara, the end won't be then though. The true end will be 10-20 chapters later, after another time-skip, having Naruto fight Sasuke and having one of the two become hokage (probably Naruto, but hey, stranger things have happened)

One Piece, now there's a manga I can see having another 4-600 chapters

That would be nice. Like Hokage being the beginning rather than the end. Plus, it would be interesting to see the character development. I don't think anyone really feels like Naruto is mature enough for the role of Hokage, but if he does get chosen for that, I'm sure he'll have a tonne to learn on the job right? It would be an interesting sequel!

But i could actually see a (second) sequel to Naruto, maybe after another time skip. But all the crap about madara and sasuke would have to be finished otherwise it would be so drawn out and boring.

I wonder if you guys know how shounen work... and like this is a product of fantasy it doesnt have a Wall it cant pass. BTW... they dont need to lose a hokage before they give the title to other, remember the 3rd got it before the 2nd died and the 4th got it with the 3rd kicking butt and even 12 years after 4th died the 3rd was kicking butt. As i see it the only thing u need to get the title of hokage is "respect". And naruto have it already and even if kakashi does ends up with the title... they can always kill him mid way 😛

Actually, I would hate to break it to you, but I have heard that the *mangaka *said that he is ending the series in a year or two. This is better IMO than making it never-ending like One Piece or Bleach.

Err, the *Sandaime *was not exactly 'kicking butt.' Remember his fight with Orochimaru? He struggled with the whole Kage Bushin issue, which he could not intially do because of his age, and eventually lost. Also, the *Nidaime *only gave Sarutobi the title moments before the former's death. *Kage *usually surrender the title when they are old and find someone suitable to replace them, or, in rare cases, they realize they do not have long to live. Now, that can happen with Tsunade, seeing how old she actually is, but my money is on her dying like her formar teammates. 🤢
