Can't exactly remember the name, but I remember where the uke had an unrequited love for the seme. I remember the flashback where the uke was escaping (naked) and all scratched up and fell on top of the car where the seme and the seme's boss was (I think it may be yakuza related or something). And the seme helped saved the uke and now the uke works for them. There was a later part where the uke was caught masturbating by the seme's boss who knows that he has an unrequited love for the seme.

I think what you're looking for it's from Kachou Fuugetsu manga; it's not the main couple, and I'm pretty sure what you've described is from chapter 04. Hope this helped. 🙂
