This is EXTREMELY ridiculous. Running that way doesn't make you go faster at all. And doesn't help in absolutely no way.
what Airyaxe said is true... but only once you start going past a certain speed. But at human speed, normal running style is best suited. If that was a valid running style you'd see more people running that way in the 100m Olympics final.
And Dark_Sage... weren't you supposed to be a girl? So why would you need to play it sneaky in the girls locker?

I think people in the Olympics don't run like ninjas, simply because they aren't ninjas. Ninjas are pretty rare nowadays, and I doubt one would blow their cover by participating in the Olympics.

It is pretty obvious that ninjas are the fastest mammals on Earth. But they're modest, so you won't see them prove it often.

I do it sometimes when I'm training with my dog.It's really faster than normal running so he can't get me but it needs some training for longer distance.Don't know what other people think of it since we're training in fields...(btw normal dog training)

i don't know what id think if i saw somebody run like that..... it'd probly take a minute for my brain to even register. I really see no mechanical way besides the force of you falling forward that you could run any faster that way.( it'd be pretty funny to see somebody do it up hill)

i've seen three grade school-looking kids run like that.... it surprised me and amused me.. it made me blink for a couple of seconds then i started giggling, i didn't want to upset the kids that was running... it was the funniest sight to behold because they were in like a "V" formation!
