What do you think of the current legally avaliable titles.

Do you like the number of titles avaliable?
The quality of titles?
The type of titles?
The quality of the product?

Do you want them to license faster and actually release chapters same time as Japan?
Do you want Companies to release at least a volume of all titles to test the market?

What do you think of the price?

Lastly which is better?
Fan translated manga or official translations?

i'll say 1 thing ........dont buy viz manga......they westernize the manga a little and it spoils the mood........if u are a manga fan that is imp,,,hell if i wanted western characters i'd read american comics..the japanese style shud be preserved........tokyopop keeps the mood intact.....i read GTO and RATMAN from tokyopop.

yes, they are enough to spend my whole money each month.
but here are way to many normal shoujo and almost none josei or seinen.
the manga have usually good quality, but most of them print the colour pages in black-white and some things are censored or names are changed. The translations aren´t good, often to high or to low for the manga. Many of the R-16 and R-18 manga are sold as double volumes which have the magazine format so that makes them very expensive and the have embarrasing covers (and the back of DiTVB there isthe naked Mina Tepes and many of my classmates thought it was hentai)
one thing i don´t like are the prices. they cheapest were 5 € but in 2011 they´ll go up to 5.95 (even the older volumes) many are 6.50€, some between 7.95€ and 8.95€. The doublevolumes between 14€ and 20€. Any my monthly allowance is 22 €. So i had to take a parttime job for that.

i want them to release slower so i can afford them
i want the companies to release scanlations of the first chapters of possible manga and then they should make a poll and the ones with the most votes get licensed and translated
