i read it sometime ago and this is what i can recall of the story:

I think it was a sensei/school doctor or something like that was walking out during a stormy night and boy falls from the roof and lands on him.
everyones believes that the boy had tried to commit suicide when he actually was blown off.
the boy now follows the sensei/school doctor around

i'm not sure if its a series or one shot
