I've gone through google, other manga sites, also here using relevant tags, but I can't find this yaoi manga! >_<

What I remember is that the seme was an older guy, oyaji even (maybe with glasses?) who was/is impotent. He was with younger man but not a teen. I think the uke was a call-boy, i'm not sure. But the uke would always be licking the seme's dick to try to get him up.
