Older manga where the female MC (main character) starts regularly visiting the school club of a guy. Over the course of the story they fallin love. I remember a particular scene where they're in a room together and, in an attempt to keep their friends from coming in, they come up with planks and nails out of nowhere and begin to bar up the window or door. One of the friends literally asks where the nails even came from, because there was no reason they should have had those materials.

Or maybe my memory is foggy and the friends board up the room to trap the MC and romantic interest?

Either way, someone asking where the nails or planks came from stuck with me and I'd like to maybe give it another read.
