I'm attempting to translate a table of contents page, but my Japanese isn't very good and I want a second opinion from those who know Japanese on my translations. Please help!

You did pretty well, but a few things.
力 を制御する心を 持て
Controlling the Power, Mote the Heart
The translation for this should something along the lines of, "Holding the heart that controls the power", if I'm not mistaken, as 力 を制御する心 would be the heart that controls power or the powerful heart. What happens here, is 力を制御する acts as a modifier for 心, that is, it describes the 心.
ヤクモ の秘密が明らか に 300年前の約束とは !?
The Secret of Yakumo Revealed, The Promise from 300 Years Ago?!
Should read, "Yakumo's Secret Revealed, What Was The Promise Made 300 Years ago!?"
Although, if Yakumo isn't the name of a person, but rather a place, "The Secret of Yakumo" is more appropriate.
Also, just a minor correction on
暴虐昆虫王の巨 大迷路を破れ
Destroy the Huge Maze of the Tyrannical Insect King!!
This isn't wrong, but "Destroy The Great Maze of the Tyrant Insect King" flows a bit better to me.
Lastly, I'm not sure if it's standard practice or not, as I don't read much scanlated manga, but from what I've seen, it's usually okay to just romanize おまけ to just be "Omake". I would expect the audience to know what an omake is, but again, it's not wrong to translate it.
