Well I'm glad to see that Yamamoto is still a beast even without his zanpakto. Of course Aizen is just going shrug this off as usual, it's probably going to all be an illusion and Ichigo will once again prove to be useless, just standing there like a small child.

Also any ideas what happened to Kensei. If Wonderweiss main power is to seal Yamamotos zanpakto then surely Kensei + bankai + mask would be able to do something against him. I really can't believe he's just been discarded like that, him and Shinji were the only cool visored.

Well I was thinking about something..when Ichigo was like "WTH are all you guys doing?" and the illusion broke to show Hinamori being stabbed, I thought that maybe Ichigo hadn;t said anything cus he'd been under the same spell and just happened to be the 1st one to break out of it and thats why he told the others?
Anyway...going back to this chapter....I like Bleach, I really do, but I don't like the old man...so I wouldn't want him to win...actually i'd like him to die....and I want to see more of Rukia....and for some reason I'd like to see Captain Unohana kick some ass....

I would like to see Captain Unohana do something as well. It's almost like Tite forgot that she was there. She may be tired from treating Ichigo and Hiyori, but she's there...so is Hacchi, from what I remember. Ichigo seems useless, but can't somebody help Yamamoto out? Honestly, I still don't think that Ichigo is close to ready to beat Aizen...he still has to learn to control this new hollow power. And, he needs Rukia or Inoue there for inspiration.

Honestly, I'm still waiting for something earth-shattering to happen. Aizen hasn't really done anything that surprised me all that much.

I keep thinking that I should just drop this, but I know that I will never do it.

I think the mangaka couldnt afford to make the characters act in group anymore, and returned hastily to the good old "time is frozen except for the 2 dueling". Guess he fried his brains during the last 4 chapters (in fact used the cheap trick of the illusion to get rid of all the "excessive numbers" in one shot)

I've been thinking the exact same thing. If we keep spending entire chapters of three pages of dialog and 15 pages of action (or a couple of double pages), there is no way we will ever answer all of these questions.

Ichigo is the only one that hasn't seen Aizen release his shikai yet, so it'd be impossible for him to be hypnotized like the others.

Anyway, Yamamoto is badass. I know that he's gonna lose, but it's still nice to see that he can blow holes in people like Allon and Ulquiorra's 2nd released form.

But this chapter is a perfect example of how Kubo needs to learn to pace better. All of this was enough content for half a chapter.

We've never seen Yama fight bare-handed.

Well, Ichigo's a simpelton now, so that's his excuse, but Kensei's a different problem. Kensei's one of those people whose temper flares up pretty easily, so he's gotta be pretty beat up to not be trying to kill Wonderweiss.

It's like Gokuthegrate said, he already had everyone under their control. It wouldn't hurt him to give out information like that because the way he's able to control people's senses makes him literally invincible.
