My name is Kialect. I came up with this username by taking the word "dialect" and putting the first letter of my name in front. It sounds like a rapper name, which I think is pretty cool. My favorite music genres are indie rock, jazz, and folk. Some of my favorite bands include Daphne Loves Derby, Last Dinosaurs, and Fleet Foxes. Some of my greatest jazz idols are Bill Evans and Joe Pass; these dudes are amazing. I can sing and play guitar, and I'm actually hoping to start a band with some of my buddys back home.

I am in my first year of attending a university, and life is pretty solitary living by myself. I joined this website to discuss things with people who share the same interests as I do. This isn't my first time being a part of a forum, as I had been an active member of ZeldaForums.net for most of my middle school years. My username on that website was NarutoFan, as I was really into it at the time. As of now (and don't hate me for saying this), I've lost interest in Naruto. Now I enjoy various manga genres, namely 4-koma and shoujo. These aren't the only genres I read, though, as Hattori once said in a chapter of Bakuman, "It's good as long as it's interesting!"

Anyway, I hope to meet some awesome people on this site to discuss manga, music, and whatnot.
