Getting "date changed" to display up to the minute time

Is there a way to see "date changed" up to the minute rather than up to the day like the export list function does?
E.g:
http://www.mangaupdates.com/mylist.html?act=export&list=read
SeriesVolumeChapterDate ChangedRating

I'm making a sync script, and need to be able to check the server for when a series was last updated in my list. And so far I can only get 'up to the day' results.
