Carbon Scans is a new, non-profit scanlation group filled with friendly and supportive members. We’re invested in helping each other learn and develop their skills all while sharing our passion for manga, manhua, and manhwa! Experience is not required, and newbies are always welcome. We’ll teach you!

As a community that welcomes everyone, we don't work on projects with sexual content. But, since we’re not tied to a specific genre, our projects range across multiple, including: action, horror, romance, sports, slice of life, and more!

Why pick us?

• Drama-free, fun, supportive, and amazing staff - obsessed w/ Wordle, stream nights/days depending on your timezone 🥲, a minecraft server
• Super organized work flow w/ custom bots - task tracking done on Discord w/ commands to check progress, your assigned tasks, & more!
• A ton of resources (and staff excited to jump in & help you) to learn or improve upon your skill(s)

We're open to onboarding all roles but are prioritizing recruitment for:

• Translators - KTL for I Will Become a God‼️
• Typesetters
• Quality Checkers - experience in PR and ability to use Photoshop
