As the topic title says, I think the people are like "oh no, poor her, she's probably fighting so hard" cus supposedly she's not supposed to have long to live, but she's just all chill about it. This MIGHT be a LN that my brain is crosswiring as a manga, but for some reason I have very clear images in my head, so I'm thinking it's a manga.
