[m]Does anyone know the title of this BL manga?

It's about a football Soccer player in high school who has a crush on his classmate but ends up hooking up with his friend. He then goes on to become a professional soccer player and leaves his friend behind. The main character wears glasses and they have a friend who becomes like a sports agent or something (I might be miss remembering that last part about the friend). Eventually his old hook up shows up and they live happily ever after.

If anyone knows the title of this, please help! I'm dying to re-read it!
