The art from the first seems to be Ice Eagle Fire Hawk, or at least something by the mangaka.

The second looks similar to some mangaka's art I've seen, but can't remember the name>.<

it looks like its her art, i checked the mangas she has there and it doenst look like any of them, but she has 2 many short stories, it can be any of them of neither of them.. XD that option u gave me looks good tho

From first glance, they're just the February 2007 and June 2007 covers to the magazine, Aqua. The covers have the various authors'/series' names that are contained within that issue. I'll look later if no one looks.
