I'm looking for a certain manga where the mc male speak another language (like taiwan, or vietnam i don't rememeber proprely)
A shojo or a drama with mc male and mc girl. The characters are middle or high school student. The others decides to help him to learn their language.

For the mc male can't speak the same language at the beginning because his grandfather takes with him when he was child (and he spoke another language). Now i think his grandfather is dead and the mc male lives alone. I remember a scene when his parents argues in front the child for the custody and ask him (when he is so young maybe 8 years old with whom he wants to live) and the grandfather treats them as irresponsible towards their child. He decides to take care of him.

It's very vague i know but i don't remember something else
I try to seek in category like negligent parent or grand parent or another languages but nothing ;'(
