since i havent been on for a while i have some catching up to do, and while ive been updating mylist i realized something...all the shonen stuff i.e battle mangas and stuff like that i read, i rate alot higher as much as i like to read all genres (excluding genderbender and yaoi/yuri no offense.) i noticed that i rate the heavy romance ( i usually do like a little romance in a sereis) alot less usually 4 or 5s anybody else find something like that in there list or notice that themself

Well, sure. Whatever you enjoy the most, you rate the highest. Everybody enjoys some things more than others. It's just preferences.

However cute and enjoyable I might find a light fluffy romance, I don't usually rate it as high as, say, a really mind bending psychological thriller. Because that's just how I weigh things in my mind. Of course, there are exceptions to everything.
