Ah, I really like the mangaka of Kuro Bara Alice, but I haven't read that manga yet. Setona's stories always feature really interesting relationships. (The Cornered Mouse Dreams of Cheese and its sequel is a masterpiece.)
Why is it overkill? I'd be thrilled if the novels for Durarara!! were translated officially, but alas, they are not.
But that makes it difficult for me, because I'm in Japan now, and I can't read Japanese yet. e __e So yeah, no access to the English copies.
