Hey There Ouran Fans! 😀

I've been looking around for a while now, and I've realized that the Ouran High School Host Club manga doesn't seem to have a steady scanlation team for all its latest chapters. Various members on the www.krysyuy.net/forums/ seem to have taken it upon themselves to scan, translate, and edit each chapter every month. I've eagerly awaited every chapter, but then I realized...why can't I help? I edited Chapter 57 a while back, but then stopped because I thought I didn't have time. Turns out, I have a lot more of it that I thought. 🤨

In a nutshell, I'm wanting to start an Ouran scanlation team! & This seemed to be a good place to start.

I may seem a bit ridiculous, trying to start a new scanlation group by posting on here. You have the right to laugh. xD

Anyway, to start out, I'm looking for the main positions. I volunteer myself as an editor, as it's the only thing I have past experience in, and I can't understand Japanese to save my life. -_- I also have no way to supply scans as they're published, as I live in the US. In case you don't know what goes into the manga you read online, here are the usual positions of a scanlation staff:

• RAW Providers (Scanners) - The latest chapters of this manga are currently being released in Japan's "LaLa" Magazine.
• Translators - Japanese to English
• Editors - The many faces of an editor: Cleaner, Typesetter, Proofreader, Quality Checker etc.

EDIT:// Positions Currently Taken (Meaning, at least one person has volunteered for the job):

• Editor (Though we can always use more. 🙂 )
• Quality-Checker
• Proofreader

All in all, I'm looking for a few steady people who would like to start this up with me. 🙂
