ok, not too long ago i read a oneshot romance where, in the end, the girl confesses to the guy by tracing "i like you" or something like that, on his back. i can't remember the name or find it in my lists! it may have been a series of oneshots, or tacked onto the end of a longer story. please help me identify it!

There was a scene like that in the story 1001 Nights with You.

The sidestory "Love at a Fingertip" of Love Ho na Kankei has that scene near the end.
