This is referring to that scene where Min Gyeom takes a screenshot of Sam's status page and asks Mingji what she thinks "S D I E B C" means, but she doesn't know.

I am aware that the scanlators did explain that portion. For those who are learning Korean or interested in further elaboration, you may find the following interesting.

I saw some comments about 'sdiebc'. My English is bad but I'll try to explain TT

In ch.26, 'sdiebc' should be 'plam(please look at me-Cunsam's monologue of last scene)' because in original version, it is 'ㄴㅈㅂㅈㄹ' , which is made up from the first letters of '나 좀 봐주라(please look at me)'.

In South Korea, people tend to make an expression by taking first letters of sentence like 'ㅅㄹㅎ' , which means '사랑해(I love you)'. It seems like an acronym but it is not because it's not a word.

Alas, I can't credit the person who wrote this as it was an anonymous comment that I came across.
