Daft Punk - Aerodynamic.

Suddenly, I have a higher opinion of you Mamsmilk!
That is also one of my all time favorites.

Indeed a great track. Daft Punk still remains the only house music I digest though.

That aside, Paranoid Android still remains my all-time favorite. Like a personal anthem or something.

But I don't like to single out certain songs from a repertoire of a band as brilliant as Radiohead. Loving music is more about appreciating genres, artists and albums, not just separate songs.

True love towards the music is that one can listen to anything
that is called music or categorized as music, which includes
ethnic music and folk songs.

mostly are anime songs ^_^

but I also like the bit older jpop (mostly 1990-2000) such as Le couple, Noriko sakai, Dream Come True, Every Little Thing, Favorite blue, ZARD (in memories Izumi Sakai, we miss you T_T), TRF, Loved One, Luna Sea, My Little Lover, Kiroro, The Brilliant Green, Yuko Yamaguchi, Matsu Takako, Arisa Mizuki, Emi Fujita, Tomosaka Rie.

oh well I think most of you never heard their songs.

ZARD is fantastic. So are Dreams Come True, Every Little Thing, Le Couple (although I've only heard one song), & The Brilliant Green. ...this surprises me that I like all of them since I despise female vocalists.

And LUNA SEA is just wonderful. 🙂 I'm so excited for their reunion concert!

among those the one I liked most is Le Couple, I really like their slow pop, which gives such a nostalgic and refreshing feeling. I even bought some of their original cds in singapore, because it wasn't available in my country at that time. The singer of the band Emi Fujita also released some of her singles in English, I must say her english is very good compared to the most jap singers.

Aside from Tsumasaki, the other Japanese songs I'm simply crazy about are:

"Shining Collection" by Iceman<---Simply awesome, I especially love the lyrics 🙂 Although I love all the Gravitation songs...

And right now "Kaweita Sakebi"<---a song from Yu-Gi-Oh! I have no idea the singer, but the lyrics to this song are amazing! 😲 I've loved it ever since I first heard on Yu-Gi-Oh!: The Abridged Series~ 🤨

omg FIELD OF VIEW. That's the first song I've heard from them and so I went to look them up <3 etc etc.... But, that (plus two other songs) are the only ones I like. The others are.... kind of boring. So they're like those "one hit wonders"

My new favourite song is: "all I wanna do is talk to you~... all I wanna be is close to youuu <3 da da da da. All I wanna do <3 all I wanna do,... all I wanna do is talkkkk to you" LOL (artist: Major Maker)

ICEMAN is simply wonderful. <3 Mad love for them.

& Kawaita sakebi is by FIELD OF VIEW. They disbanded back in 2002, but they have released a ton of stuff since their debut in '95: 20 singles, 5 albums, 3 Best Ofs, and a DVD.

Anybody like M-FLo? My fav Japanese Hip Hop group. They rock and I wish the CD wasn't costing $35. I cannot bring myself to buy a CD for $35, even if it is an import.

Mflo with some other guys

🙂 I do. I first became a fan of theirs around 2003.

Ugh. & the cost of CDs can be outrageous. I once spent $80 on just two albums. At least with J-Indies/lesser known bands you can find singles/maxi-singles for under $10. S&H is awful, though.

=( I don't like m-flo...

Do you guys listen to your culture's music? Like, I'm from Hong Kong, but I listen only to Mandarin music, not Cantonese. And I'm not that exposed to other languages, ex. Russian, Indian, Indonesian, Filipino, etc.... I wonder what they're like.

^ I have listen to vietnamese music, some of it's pretty cool, then there are some which are kinda weird. I usually kinda have trouble understanding, so I kinda rarely listen to it.
