Do I need to be experienced?
I am talented when it comes to english grammar and I'm a perfectionist. I am also pretty quick to learn and improve, so a bit of guidance goes a long way for me but I'm COMPLETELY inexperienced (okay, I'm not a total noob but I've never done it with this kind of intent). If you're willing to train me and instruct me through the software, I'd be willing to help when I can.
I'm sorry for my long comments... So much stuff going through my head and I think I should share all of it with the world!
Plus, learning other people's opinions of the things I say is addictive to me.

Well, for cleaning and typesetting position you don't need to be experienced, as we offer training. As for the translating position you need to know the language you're translating from. Lastly, for proofreading, you need to know proper English grammar.
I might be a bit confused, but for what position do you want to apply?

I'd be able to apply for proofing and if I'm taught, I could do cleaning.
