Hi-i, I was wondering if there are any otome or eroge for ladies games that have gotten an english translation or english patch? Would love to play something like Under the Moon or Love Drops but I can't seem to find an english patch (these have not been officially released in the west from what I know).

Only one I know is Yo-Jin-Bo, which got an English release in N. America a few years ago...

Here's a list of Otome Games. Just scroll down the list and look for the UK flag for any games with english translations (finished or in progress).

There is no UK flag for games still in translation.

I think the only decent one with alright graphics and Japanese voice actors is Yo-Jin-Bo, which I played in English. I have a bunch of Japanese ones I'd love to recommend, but I guess English patches are hard to find. I believe there are translation programs you can run alongside the games.. but I'm not sure.

yeah, there is YoJinBo. There is also RE: Alistair++
yaoi games also do exist for girls like Enzai Falsely Accused and Absolute Obdience. The yaoi games have to be copied on a disk, otherwise the pc can´t open the game

Tokimeki Memorial: Girl's Side: 1st Love has a english patch. A patch for Tokimeki Memorial Girl’s Side: 2nd Kiss was released recently. I think a second patch for that one is coming out as well. If you have a DS then you should definitely try these. 🙂

Hakuoki: Demon of the Fleeting Blossom was recently released for the psp if you have one. If you do, it would be great if you purchased it. They are using this game to test whether otome games will sell overseas.
