Just like the title says. I'd have to say Toguro from Yu Yu Hakusho. Especially in the anime. That guy just gave me the chills. And, to a lesser extent, Shishio from Ruroni Kenshin, if not only for his appearance and slight insanity.

Freeza from DBZ, he was so strong i seriously thought everyone would die for sure and the series would end there. Also Aizen from Bleach, he doesn`t look so intimitading, but his powers, perception and foreseeing abilities put him on a completely different level compared to all the other caracters in the series, it really seems like it is impossible for him to be defeated.
