Name a musician who has a child more famous than them, that is/was a musician.
I've got Jeff Buckley, son of Tim Buckley
Synyster Gates, who is the son of Brian Haner Sr.
And Miley Cyrus, the daughter of Billy Ray Cyrus

There are probably lots of examples.... The only one that comes to mind right now is Ben Watt and father, Tommy Watt.
Tomy Watt was a famous jazz musician in Scotland.... his more famous son, Ben Watt, is a highly respected musician/producer/DJ.... he's most famous for being the male half of Brit electronica duo, Everything but the Girl.
EDIT:
On a more mainstream note, that famous Spanish singer, Julio Iglesias, has a son that's a pop star.... forgot his first name though, but I think he's probably more famous that his dad among younger people.
