Hi!!! Wondering if anyone can help me find out the title of this manga.

It's a manga I read a few years back and I suddenly recalled parts of it but I can't find it and it's been bugging me. I don't remember if it's the main story or a side story.

It goes something like this:
It's about a worker of a company meeting a guy and the two sleep together and have a relationship. I think there was a scene where he and his colleagues talk about how they don't even know how the president looks like or sth along those lines.

One day, when he goes to work, he meets the guy and realizes that the guy is the president of the company. The president gets mad, thinking that the worker knew all along and got close to the president for his own benefit. The president pulls the worker into a room and confronts him.
Eventually, everything gets resolved and they get back together.
