I know that Weekly Shonen Jump doesn't publish Golden Week. I know there are other weeks it doesn't publish and weeks it publishes on Saturdays.

Does anyone have a list of when to expect Weekly Shonen Jump on Saturdays and when not to expect it?

I don't know of any listing or calendar like that for Weekly Shounen Jump. Anyway, I don't have much expertise with magazines, but I heard that Weekly Shounen Jump takes 4 breaks: approximately the first week of January, the final week of April, the first week of August, and the third week of December (according to this Mangastream post). I also heard that the issue release is switched to Saturday when a holiday falls on a Monday.

If you really want actual dates, it's easy enough to find the next issue's release date (but only for the very next issue, no further). Shueisha currently has a page for "Next Week's Shounen Jump," where it'll tell you the release date for the next issue number right above a preview picture. You don't really even need to know Japanese, because the date is in Arabic numerals (right now, it says "No. 25 5月19日," so issue #25 comes out May 19th). There's an English version of the page too, but I don't know how reliable it is.
