I don't think there's any group looking for employment on Korean Translator, but there are a few for Chinese Translators though.

I would recommend applying for official publishers instead because they may help you out with it more than the non-profit groups, which is mostly the entire forum.

At the very bottom, it'll tell you that you need at least 1,000 sentences on their platform. So you start off as a contributor (free) and they'll review those to see if you're fit to be on their team.
