I would greatly appreciate it if someone could tell me if there is a drama cd or drama cd release date for “iki o tomete, ugokanaide”... 😔

From my research and experience on other yaoi mangas and their drama cds is that a drama cd will debut a year or 2 years after it’s manga’s release (even within the same year). It’s been 2 years now since this manga’s release but I don’t want to lose hope...😢
This is a beautiful manga and I would love to hear it in audio form but I have no way of knowing if there is or ever will be a release date for a drama CD for it and I am at a loss.
Please respond if you know anything. It would be a big help.

There's no Drama CD adaptation for the title yet.
Libre Shuppan hasn't announced anything on the official website.
I also checked Chill-Chill and BLCD Wiki and there's no related info.
Most publishers give priority to their popular titles since everything is based on sales.
Follow Libre Shuppan on Twitter. Publishers are always the first ones to announce Drama CD adaptations of their titles and they use Twitter to spread the news.
