forgot the name of the manga, but it stars these two dudes. one of them is really good at math and cant do anything else, and the other isnt good at anything, but has like a magical right hand that lets him steal anything. then the math guy tries to blackmail the theif to help them both get into this college that is better than tokyo U. anyone know the name of it?
