The cover is illustrated by Suzuki Tsuta, but I don't think there's a manga to it.

This is an unreleased story. I remember I saw some discussion about, this story wasn't scanlated.

Try Wild Rock, it's the same spirit as this illustration.
Naono Bohra have some stories about humans and animals (magical animals, they get a human appearance at night) living in the forests but I don't recall the title.
SUMERAGI Natsuki have stories with animals as well.
