The only anime/manga I came across with such an MC is Death Note with their shinigami eyes. Wondering if there are any other MC's with similar abilities/powers? 😕

The closest thing I can think of is people being able to perceive when a person is about to die. That happens to the main character in Shibatora, and to a supporting character in Iris Zero. The MC of Mekakushi no Kuni could see people's future by touching them, so that could count too.

The only one I can think of is a webtoon on Tapastic, called "His Barcode Tattoo".
It's about a girl who see's barcode's on people's necks which gives away their "expiration date"/location.
It's one of their premium series though, so only the first three chapters are available for free viewing (the others you need to unlock with their coins, or by watching ads through their app I guess?) It looks pretty interesting thus far though if you're interested.
