I'm not really sure if it's a oneshot or the first chapter of a series and its bugging the hell out of me
The story (sorry its not much):
Psychologist(uke) and his patient(seme) who is having fantasies about being with him. Psychologist has fallen for him but finds out his patient is tricked him and is actually a Pychiatrist himself.
the psychologist tries leaving but can't, the psychiatrist guy tell him his reason and that he was studying if a psychologist and psychiatrist can fall in love

But you could've just search up "Psychologist" in the search (on the side), which can also looks through summaries (which is how I found it, lol).
