Like the title says I'm looking for a action romance who happens in army. I would rather prefear if the romance was between an superio oficial (sargent?) and a inferior one. [b]I don't mind what other genres the manga you will reuqest have. It can be shounen, shoujo, josei, seinen, yuri, yaoi... you know...

Why the heck can't there be any straight romance in this genre? Come on....I mean, Full Metal Panic is good, yeah, but it's more of a bodyguard type story than actually in the army, you know....I mean, Kaname is a total civilian.
Berserk has a little bit. Not much--mainly in the flashback, and still only for a little of it.

G-Defend (sci-fi pseudo-army), Hard Line, Camouflage Heaven, AEGIS (very dark military science fiction but BRILLIANT!) and Utsukushii Otoko (also science fiction, not as dark). All BL. 🙂
Edit: @Alannaeowyn, you're absolutely right... Where are the girls? But, you might be interested in Kamui where there are elements of superior-subordinate romance in a military organization, and the superior's a woman. 🙂 Um, she even has sex with some of her subordinates. >_>; But it isn't ecchi or anything, I mean, that's not the point... She has "issues" and tends to abuse her authority, but she's also a very sympathetic character. She's not THE main char though, just one of the main characters.

But I wasn't talking about Kaname. There's another woman in the same force who likes Sousuke. That's why it's sort of has some army romance.
Senjou no Valkyria + its anime also fit.

in the gundam series and other mecha series there's plenty of straight romance between military members...but most of those are just anime and not manga.
